Ingredients:  
1 12-14-oz. mixed frozen vegetables
1 chopped onion
1 cup cheddar cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts
2 cups Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables as directed, drain. Add onions, cheese, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, salt and pepper and mix. Crush crackers and mix with butter and spread on top. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
