2 1/4 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs unbeaten
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and baking powder, cream butter and sugar and mix well. Add eggs and vanilla, blend. Add sifted ingredients. Chill for at least 4 hours, roll out very thin on a floured pastry cloth. Cut out. Place on a lightly buttered cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 400 º oven for 6-8 minutes, or until lightly brown around the edges. Cool and decorate.
