1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
dash of salt

Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Remove and quickly add 1/4 c. peanut butter, 3 cups oatmeal, 1 tsp. vanilla, nuts, or coconut if desired. Mix well drop on waxed paper.
