Salami
Ham
American Cheese
Hard boiled egg
1 raw egg white beaten per pound

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball mixture. Form into 8 inch square of meat. Layer 1 slice of each of cold meats, cheese and hard boiled eggs down center, leaving enough meat on sides and ends to roll over to completely cover meats forming a loaf. Coat outside with beaten egg white, then fry on all sides. Add to tomato gravy and cook (like you would meatballs). Remove from gravy and slice to serve.
