Ingredients:  
3 ripe bananas
1 egg
1/4 C melted butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 C sugar
1 1/2 C flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas. Stir in other ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

This has always been my favorite bread I remember my mom making as a kid. She stores her ripe bananas, peeled in old butter bowls. I simply place my ripe bananas peel and all into the freezer and pull out the number I need for this recipe and let thaw in a bowl and use liquid and all in this recipe.
