2 egg (large or extra large) per person
1 Ziploc bag (qt. size) per person
Variety of cheeses, ham, cooked sausage, onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, etc.
1 large pot of rolling, boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
With a permanent marker, write your name on the quart-size bag. .
Crack 2 eggs into the bag (no more than 2) and shake to combine them.
Add your favorite omelet ingredients to your bag and shake. Release the air out of the bag and zip it up.
Place up to 6-8 bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 15 minutes.
Remove bags from water, open and omelet will easily roll out on plate! Amazing!!!!
Serve with fresh fruit and/or coffee cake.
