18 to 20 lb. (approx.) "already smoked" ham with bone
(cut butt end off for seasoning in soup, beans...)
couple chunks of Hickory or apple wood
large( 46 oz). can of pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put Hickory or apple wood chunks in bottom of smoker on lava rock. (You don't want wood to touch electric burner.)
Put pineapple juice in liquid pan instead of water. Smoke 4 to 4 1/2 hours. De bone,tear into sections, get rid of fat and "slimy stuff", cube and slice.
