6-8 potatoes, baked then diced
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
6 c. milk
1/2 onion, diced & sautéed
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: 1 c. bacon bits or crumbled bacon
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and flour to make a rue. When well combined and heated, add the milk. After the cream base thickens, add the potatoes, sautéed onion, sour cream and cheese. You can also add bacon if desired.

For extra taste, garnish with some shredded cheese and bacon bits.
