4 chicken breasts
1/4 c. flour
2 T. olive oil
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. walnuts, toasted
3 c. hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken in flour. Brown chicken in oil on medium-high heat for 3 min. on each side. Add broth, wine, and lemon juice. Mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 12 - 15 min. or until chicken is done. Stir in walnuts and serve over rice.
