Large chunk of Jarlsberg cheese, shredded finely
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
Hellman's mayonnaise
Cracker toasts or firm crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Finely shred Jarlsberg cheese. Add 1/4 cup chopped red onion. Start with 1/2 cup mayonnaise, and mix well. Add additional mayonnaise until desired consistency. Chill for minimum 1 hr. before serving.
