2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 1/4 T. salt
4 c. warm water
2 1/2 packages yeast
3 T. honey
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. whole wheat flour
7 1/2 c. flour approximately

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, oatmeal, salt, and 1 c flour. Add water and stir well. Mix in yeast and let set until it begins to rise. Add honey and oil and mix thoroughly; stir in flour until makes a stiff dough. Knead on a floured board, working in rest of the flour, for about 12 minutes. Put in a warm place to raise until about double. Punch down. Divide into 4 balls and shape into greased loaf pans. Let rise until double and bake at 325º for about 35 minutes.
