1 (20oz) Package Refrigerator Hash browns
1 lb Breakfast Sausage
1/4 Cup Melted Butter
12 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 (16 oz) container of Cottage Cheese
8 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch square baking dish.
2. In the prepared baking dish, stir together the shredded potatoes and butter. Line the bottom and sides of the baking dish with the mixture. Bake in the over for 10 minutes while making the rest.
3. Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
4. In a bowl, mix the Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and eggs. Then fold in the Sausage. Pour over the potato mixture.
5. Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the casserole comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

You can use any flavor Hash browns, Sausage etc to create this dish to your own tasting. 1 pound bacon can be used in place of Sausage. Onions and Mushrooms can be added to give more flavor.
