1 Lb. Ground Beef or Pork
3/4 Cup Water
2 Packages Biscuits
1 Package Taco Seasoning
1/4 Cup Salsa
1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In medium skillet, brown meat until crumbly; drain fat. Add taco seasoning and water, blend well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in salsa. Separate biscuits and press into an ungreased muffin cup. Spoon equal amounts of meat mixture into each muffin cup; sprinkle each with cheese. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven 12 minutes or until biscuit cups are browned and cheese melts.
