Eggs
Bread crumbs
Crisco
Lawry's seasoned salt and pepper
Sliced onions

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º.

2. Cut meat into chunks. Alternate beef and pork on wooden skewers. Dip in beaten egg (mix egg with a little water) and roll in bread crumbs
.
3. Brown on all sides in a little hot Crisco in skillet. After browning, transfer to baking pan. Add just a little water to bottom of pan, season with Lawry's seasoned salt and black pepper; arrange sliced onions over top.

4. Cover tightly with foil and bake for about 1 1/2 hours, until tender.
