1 large box Velveeta Cheese cubed
1 lb of your favorite sausage
2 cans Rotel, (I use the Mexican)
Directions:
Directions:
Crumble and brown the sausage, place sausage, cheese, and Rotel in the crock pot set on high until the cheese starts to melt, turn to low and let it all melt together. Serve from the crock pot to keep it warm. Server over chips or with a veggie tray.
