1 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 eggs
1 3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Melt butter. beat egg yolks, whisk in milk, oil, and butter. Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar and vanilla and keep mixing until it forms stiff peaks. Add liquid to dry ingredients, and mix gently until combined. Fold in egg white mixture, do not over mix. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 cup batter into waffle iron until done.
