12 slices toasted white bread
butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
11/2 cups flaked coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Butter one side of each slice of toast.
cut into triangle and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Combine eggs, sugar and coconut. Blend well. Spread this mixture on buttered bread and bake for 30 minutes at 300º or until crisp and lightly browned.
