2 lbs stew beef, trimmed and cut to bite sized pieces.
6 medium carrots
2 onion quartered
3-4 potatoes cubed
1 box 10 oz frozen peas
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1 tsp salt
Pepper
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake 4-41/2 hours at 275º.
