1 head romaine, torn in bite size pieces
11 head iceberg lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
10 oz can artichoke hearts drained and quartered
10 oz can hearts of palm, drained and halved
4 oz jar diced pimento, drained
1 large red onion. thinly sliced, separated into rings
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad greens in large bowl. Add pimento, red onion, artichokes and hearts of palm. In small container combine. oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Whisk to blend. Pour over salad. Toss. Serve immediately.

You should always tear lettuce instead of cutting to prevent rusty edges.
