1 gallon peeled, ripe tomatoes
3 large green peppers, chopped
3 large onions, chopped
1 large red pepper, chopped
2 c. vinegar
1/2 t. cinnamon
4 c. sugar
1 t. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the vegetables. Pour 1/4 c. salt over them and let set for 3 hours. Drain and rinse. Drain in colander for about 45 minutes. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, cinnamon, sugar, and dry mustard. Add vinegar mixture to vegetables. Mix well. Put in jars and refrigerate. This will keep all winter.
