2 cups plain flour, sifted. 4 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 2 Tbsp sugar. 2 eggs well beaten. 1 cup milk. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease muffin tins. Mix and sift dry ingredients together. Mix eggs and milk together, add to dry ingredients. Stir in melted butter and chopped pecans. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake 425 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
