1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can kernel corn drained
1 can cream corn
red and green peppers chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mx all ingredients together until lumpy. Spread in baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

This is made for all Christmas and holiday parties. Everyone loves it.
