4 oz. Can Mushrooms, drained - save juice
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
4 T. Margarine
1/4 c. Chopped Onion
1/4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
3 c. Milk
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 c. Shredded Cheese (1/2 Mozzarella & 1/2 Cheddar)
10 oz. Package of Frozen Chopped Broccoli (Cooked & Drained)

Directions:
Dissolve the bouillon cube in the mushroom juice. In 3 qt. saucepan, melt butter. Add mushrooms, soy sauce and onions. Cook on low heat until onions are tender. Stir in flour and salt. Cook for 1 minute, stirring. Gradually stir in milk and bouillon. Cook stirring constantly until it boils and thickens. Stir in broccoli and cheeses. Cook until cheese melts.
