Hot peppers
2 large cans tomato juice
1 pint of vinegar
2 t. salt

Directions:
Cut up the hot peppers and take out seed, stuff them into your canning jars. Combine the tomato juice, oil and salt in a 3 quart pan and bring to a full boil. Pour the hot brine into you jars of peppers and seal jars.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Be sure to wear rubber glove while handling the hot peppers or you hands will burn like fire and any place you touch with your hand will too, The first time I made these nobody told me to wear the rubber gloves and I was too dumb to know that I should. I didn't know what to do to stop the burning, I never did that again. These peppers tasted so much better to my family than when I just canned them in the plain vinegar and oil.
