Personal Notes:
When we were growing up all of the kids at our house loved to go to Butler shopping because that meant you were going to go to the Hot Dog Shop for Butler's famous chili dogs. Steamed buns, hot dog, chili sauce, diced onion's and dill pickle spears. We all loved them.

After we moved back to Latrobe, if anyone was going to Butler they had to stop for chili dogs at the Hot Dog Shop. When I worked for my brother Jim and had to go to Butler to take contracts to the Bank we used, Jim always said, "stop at the Hot Dog Shop and bring back a couple dozen hot dogs." When my niece Kathy died, she lived in Butler. Carol, Cynthia and I went to the Hot Dog Shop between the afternoon and evening visit and had chili dogs and thought about how much Kathy would have laughed about that....we had them in memory of our childhood with her.
