12 Potatoes
6-8 hard boiled eggs
3 Heinz dill pickles
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. accent
pickle juice
Hellman's mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the potatoes, cool and dice - hard boil eggs cool and dice. Toss together and sprinkle in onion powder, garlic powder and accent. Mix with potatoes and eggs. Dice up the dill pickles and toss them around into the mixture. Mix a small amount of dill pickle juice to the Hellman mayonnaise, just to get it to a smooth creamy state and add to the salad.

This was a much different way to make potato salad than I had ever heard of . I gave it a try because so many kids do not like the diced onions and celery in our traditional potato salad. It turned out to taste pretty good/ A couple of my adult children never liked the diced onions and celery in the potato salad either so they really liked it too.
