5 - 8 lb. rump roast or sirloin tip roast
2 sticks celery
14 oz bottle of Ketchup
3 diced onions
1 diced green pepper
1 T chili powder
2 T salt
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Place the roast in a large roasting pan. Combine all the other ingredients together and pour over the meat. Bake at 300 º for 6-7 hours. Remove the meat from the pan and pull it apart with a fork (removing any fat) and put the meat back into the pan of sauce. Bake another hour. Serve on hard rolls with mild hot peppers if desired.
