3 c. Shredded Zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. chopped onion
1'2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 T. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. Olive oil
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pepperoni
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 9x13 casserole. Bake at 350º for 25- 30 minutes or till golden brown.
