"Plain fresh bread, its crust shatteringly crisp. Sweet cold butter. There is magic in the way they come together in your mouth to make a single perfect bite."--Ruth Reichl

Crush 8 cookies. Mix the crumbs with melted butter. Form a crust on the bottom of loaf pan.

In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese, vanilla, peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in 3 cups of cool whip.

Separate the cool whip mixture into 3 bowls. In one portion add 2 squares of melted chocolate and blend well.

Personal Notes:
Robin has made this desert and brought it into work to share. Many of the things she brings in are not only good, but they are usually very easy to prepare. This is one of my favorites, I always loved peanut butter and couldn't wait to try making this one myself at home. I really loved it. I grew up almost never eating any protein but peanut butter.
