1 T. vegetable oil or olive oil.
3 1/2 to 4 pounds of boneless pork roast. Pork shoulder or tied rump pork roast. (Boston Butt)
10/1/2 oz. can of Campbell's Condensed French Onion Soup.
1 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of cider vinegar
3 T. brown sugar

Directions:
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork roast and cook until nicely browned. Place the roast in a 5 quart slow cooker.

Mix soup, ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar. Pour over the roast.

Cover and cook on the low setting 8 to 10 hours* of until the roast is fork- tender.

Remove the roast from the slow cooker and let stand for 10 minutes. Shred the pork using 2 forks. Return the pork to the cooker.

Serve on Hard Rolls.
