12-14 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
3/4 cup flour
1 cup lemon juice
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Butter deep baking dish. Place apples in buttered dish. Mix all other ingredients until smooth. Pour over apples and stir to coat. Sprinkle additional cinnamon on top. Dot with pats of butter. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 400º for at least 45 minutes. Stir every 15 to 20 minutes. May take up to 1 1/2 hours for apples to be completely done.
