1 whole chicken
1 can of tomato paste
1 med. onion (chopped fine)
3-4 ribs of celery
salt and pepper
1-2 cloves garlic (minced or pressed)
1 T oregano
Box of Bow past

Directions:
Directions:
Take an 8 quart kettle 3/4 full of water, add one whole chicken, 1 med onion, 3- 4 ribs of celery celery chopped fine, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken falls apart (simmering about 1 hr.)

Remove chicken from the broth and remove all skin, bones and fat and break into bite size pieces. Add 1 small can of tomato paste to the broth and add a 10 or 12 oz. box of bows. Cook until bows are done the bite size pieces of chicken back in. Serve in soup bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
