8 cooked Biscuits cut in halves
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage
2 cups Cheddar Cheese
3 T. Butter or Pam
6 Eggs
2 cups Milk
1 pkg. Pioneer Gravy Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare biscuits according to directions on can.
Once biscuits are baked let them cool. Cook sausage and drain. Beat together eggs, milk, and gravy mix. Use Butter to greased baking dish or spray with Pam and omit butter.
Cut biscuits in half and line bottom of baking dish with bottom half of biscuit. Layer cooked sausage then cheese over biscuits. Pour egg mixture over biscuit, sausage and cheese mixture. Put top half of biscuit on top of dish mixture. Cover dish with foil. Bake 325º for 40 minutes.

We love having this Christmas morning. I bake it ahead of time and then refrigerate it We mircowave a serving at a time when we are ready to eat. I use frozen biscuits rather than canned.
