8 oz. bow tie pasta
1 T olive oil
3 scallions, thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 zucchini, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced crosswise
2 C cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 lb. med. shrimp, shelled and deveined and halved horizontal
1 C frozen peas

In a large pot cook bow tie pasta according to package directions; drain

Meanwhile in a large skillet, heat oil over med. heat . Add scallions and garlic,cook 2 min. until garlic is tender. Add zucchini and cook 4 min. or until crisp/tender. Stir in tomatoes. tarragon, salt and pepper, cook 4 min until tomatoes begin to soften and get saucy. Add shrimp and peas, cook 2 min, until shrimp are just opaque and peas are heated through.
Transfer to a large bowl. Add pasta toss to combine.
