8 oz. Kluski Noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 C cubed American cheese
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 small can mushrooms, drained
16 oz. can tomato sauce.
1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions.
Add tomato sauce.
Cook noodles and drain. Mix tomato sauce and meat, mushrooms and American cheese into the noodles: stir together.
Bake at 350 º for 30 min.
Top with mozzarella cheese the last 5 min of baking.
