Ingredients:
3 lb. of ground beef
1 C evaporated milk
3 Pepperidge Farms Stuffing mix
3 cans of regular or golden mushroom soup
Mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare stuffing as directed on the package. (I prefer to make my own stuffing) Mix the milk and ground beef and divide into 12 or 14 flat patties, 6 inches in diameter. In the center of each patty place about 1/4 c. stuffing, gently mold meat around the stuffing. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish and cover with soup (prepared to directions on can)
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning often.

Personal Notes:
*You can also bake these stuffed patties without pouring the soup over them if you prefer, I have done this many times. Serve them with mashed potatoes. They then seem to burst slightly letting some of the stuffing pop out and they resemble chestnut burrs. For my own stuffing I break up day old bread, add chopped celery and onions, an egg and some melted butter. Form into balls
