2 cups grated cheddar cheeze
2 bunches fresh broccoli
2 cups cooked wild/brown rice combination (or 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice - cooked)
2 cans Mushroom Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice.
Steam Broccoli until crunchy.
Heat the soup and 1.5 cups of the cheeze.
Grease a 2 qt. casserole dish and alternately layer the rice, broccoli, and soup mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining cheeze on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 50 minutes
