2-4 breasts of chicken 3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans of chicken broth (reserved from the water you boil the breasts in)
rice (enough for the amount of people you're serving.
shredded cheddar cheese green onions chopped
can of chow mein noodles chopped celery
can of crushed pineapple bag of coconut
chopped tomatoes toasted slivered almonds

Cut up chicken breasts, boil in water. (As many breasts as you think you’ll need. Aprox. 1 Breast per adult.) Reserve your chicken broth to cook rice in and for the chicken sauce. Then add soup and chicken broth. Heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning on the bottom of the pot. To serve- place each of theses things separate and have them layer these ingredients and eat. Example: Rice, then meat sauce, cheese, onions, pineapple, coconut, almonds and Chow Mein Noodles.
