1 can cream of chicken soup 1 lb chicken cubed
Salt and pepper to taste 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 8-1/2 oz pkg corn muffin mix 3/4 c. milk
1 egg 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
In an 8x8 pan, mix soup, corn and meat (I use canned chicken). Mix muffin mix, milk and egg together in a separate bowl. Pour over meat mixture. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown at 425º. Sprinkle with cheese.

I have also made this with 1 lb. hamburger and it is good that way too. And I have added more veggies: corn, peas, carrots.
