1 btl French or Catalina dressing 1 can cranberries or cranberry sauce
1 onion, diced 6-8 chicken breast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing, cranberries, and onion. Pour over chicken in a 9x13 pan. Bake covered at 350º for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
**This is a great freezer meal. Just put it all in a freezer bag (uncooked) and freeze. To cook... just take it out of freezer and put into fridge for the day. That night pour it into pan and bake following directions.

My kids loved this when they were little. They didn't even taste the cranberries. It is a lot like a sweet & sour chicken.
