1 pkg 6 oz raspberry gelatin. 1 1/2 cups boiling water. 1 pt. raspberry sherbet, slightly softened. 1 Tbsp lemon juice. 1 can (16 oz) whole cranberry sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sherbet and lemon juice. Chill until mixture begins to set. Mash cranberry sauce with a fork and fold into mixture. Pour into 8 x 11 inch pan or a mold and chill until set. Serve on lettuce leaf.
