3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (4 oz) vanilla pudding (cooked kind not instant)
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 large can of peaches (sliced)
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz)
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. peach juice
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Mix flour,baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding, egg and milk together. Pour into a greased 9" cake pan or 10" pie pan. Drain peaches well. Place a layer of peaches over the entire top. Next mix the creamed cheese, 1/2 c.sugar and peach juice together. Spread the cheese mixture over the peaches leaving about 1" away from the edge of pan. Mix cinnamon and 1/2 tsp.sugar together; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 min. or until when tested with a cake tester or knife and it comes out clean. Let cool, place in refrigerator until ready to serve
