1/4 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 carrots, cut into sticks
3 celery stalks, cut into sticks
1/2 cup blue cheese or Ranch dressing (regular or fat-free)

1. Combine hot sauce, pepper sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and add 5 teaspoons of the butter, stirring until melted.

2. Melt remaining 1 teaspoon of the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring frequently, until well-browned, 8-10 minutes. Add the pepper sauce mixture and cook for about 1 minute longer, tossing chicken to coat. Serve with the carrots, celery, and blue cheese or Ranch dressing.
