1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/4 tsp. onion powder
6 pieces of steak ( ribeye, T-bone, or your favorite)
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
Dried onions
Melted butter

Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except minced onion. Dip steaks in melted butter. Rub spice mix and minced onions on each steak. Heat iron skillet for 5 minutes cook on grill outside for best flavor. Cook to your preference, rare, medium, medium well or well done.(Cook outside on grill. Do not cook inside on stove or in oven because of large amount of smoke generated .)
