4 C warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1.5 T salt
12 C flour
1/4 C sugar if you prefer sweet rolls

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, dissolve yeast into water. Add salt and flour 2 cups at a time. Knead until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Dust bowl with flour. Let raise until double. Punch down and let raise again until double.Shape into rolls. Sprinkle cookie sheets with corn meal. Brush buns with cold water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400º.
