1 C lukewarm water
2 package instant dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 C sugar
3 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp salt
5 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 3 ingredients; let stand for 15 minutes.
Cream together the butter and 1/2 sugar in large bowl.
Add the remaining 3 ingredients to the butter mixture.
Stir together well and to this add the yeast mixture.
Knead well and let rise in warm place until double.
Punch down and refrigerate overnight.
Take portions and roll out in circles on a lightly floured surface. Spread with soft butter. Spread ground pepperoni; cut into pie shapes. Roll from wide end and shape into rolls. Let raise 2 hours in pan before baking. Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes.
