4 med. potatoes
2 eggs
2 t. salt
3 c. flour

1 large head of cabbage(chopped fine)
1/2 lb. butter
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grate potatoes. Add salt and eggs. Add flour, a little at a time. Do not make dough stiff ( you may not need all the flour). Drop small portions of mixture from spoon into boiling water. Cook about 7 to 10 minutes; drain. Rinse with cold water and add to fried cabbage.
Put cabbage into a large skillet; add water and steam down. Add butter, salt & pepper and fry cabbage.

I usually just buy the packaged haluski noodles; cook according to package directions, Drain and add to the fried cabbage.
