1 or 2 lb. browned hamburger
1 lg. can tomato juice
1 chopped onion (optional)
2 or 3 cans pinto beans in chili sauce
1 can red kidney beans (drained)
1 chili brick (found in the freezer isle in the grocery store in a tub that looks like a margarine tub and I think they often call it chili con carne, (It has all the spices to make this chili delicious)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until it comes to a boil then simmer. Serve warm.

This recipe came from an aunt of mine. I won a chili contest with this chili at church one time for a harvest dinner. It also freezes well. I usually make at least a double batch so i can freeze some.
