1/2 C mushrooms
1 C sundried tomatoes
1 C roasted red pepper
1/2 C cooked onions
garlic to taste (minced)
1 # pasta
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut mushroom, sundried tomato, roasted red peppers, onions and garlic to taste. Cook pasta. Add enough olive oil to mix all of the ingredients together. Add salt & pepper and garlic powder.. You can add any spices you want. and any other veggies . Sprinkle the top with any cheeses you want. Serve warm.

Jodi has brought this to work a lot of times to share, it taste great.. You can really add any type of vegetables or spices you like. She says she just uses any veggies or thing of that nature that has that she happens to have.
