Ingredients:
CHICKEN:
1/2 lb. chicken breast 1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder (not salt)

SALAD:
1 head of lettuce, rinsed and broken into pieces
4 stalks green onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sliced almonds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 oz. won ton skins sliced into strips and fried till crisp (I just leave them whole and bake them on a sprayed cookie sheet until golden then break into pieces.)

DRESSING:
2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil 3 tbsp. Japanese rice vinegar

Rachelle adds mandarin oranges and uses Girard's Asian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in soy sauce, sugar, onion powder and garlic powder several hours or overnight. Bake chicken in 350º oven for 1/2 hour or until done. (Cooking the chicken right in the marinade, usually takes a little longer, but makes delicious, moist chicken.) Shred chicken and add to the rest of the salad ingredients. Put all dressing ingredients in pint jar and shake well. Pour over salad right before serving, and toss.
